Pjero Mardesic is an Australian executive coach, speaker, therapist, facilitator, and poet. He’s the author of the books Conquer the Uncomfortable and Unleash Your Potential. Pjero’s also the host of The Boy Behind the Man podcast. Emotions can lead us to a number of places, especially when they’re left unchecked. Pjero and I get into why that happens and why people’s lack of belief in themselves bothers him the most. He explains how his childhood experiences shape how he works with clients. Fears from growing up or fears accumulated through life often create narratives around what we believe we can and can’t do.
