Shortly after starting her YouTube channel, people started turning to her to help them navigate toxic workplaces and toxic job recovery.

In the years since, Jennifer has helped thousands of people get over their toxic jobs and restore their career confidence and trajectory. Having studied trauma and healing for more than 20 years, both during her university studies and informally as a special interest, her approach is informed by the principles of restorative justice and compassionate inquiry.
