Katie Krimitsos is the creator of the Women’s Meditation Network Podcast and resources created for all those who identify as women, and those who simply feel called to listen. On her podcast, Katie provides a variety of different guided meditations and she’s passionate about giving women the tools, strategies, and inspiration to live lives they truly love. Many of the meditations Katie creates come from her poetry, allowing her to weave meaningful messages into her work. She also has a background in copywriting and storytelling and here, we discuss her career journey and how she transitioned into her current endeavors. Katie and I have a deep and enlightening conversation about entrepreneurship and how her goals have changed throughout the years. We talk about the difference between what we want and who we want to become and the lessons life can teach us. We also discuss Katie’s book and her growth around romantic relationships. The question of who we want to become often changes throughout life and Katie touches on the importance of self-inquiry and getting in touch with your intuition.
