In this episode of Listen Then Speak, I had the opportunity to have an open and honest chat with CEO of CEPHR and HR Culture Transformer Tiffany Castagno. She's been a top professional in the HR space for many years, so I had to get into her "Why". However, as we took a trip down memory lane to highlight her amazing gifts and talents, we also had to broach a topic that is in need of critical attention. There have been many strides made in the space of gender equality, but too often, we don't see brown, black, and yellow women as beneficiaries of these advancements. I certainly desire to see equality for all, but all means ALL, so we GET INTO IT and take a deeper dive to find out what are some of the things that are hindering all women when it comes to gender equality.
